What we collect

If you use the contact form, we receive the details you enter (name, email address and your message) and use them only to reply to you. When you visit the site, the hosting provider may record technical data such as your IP address and browser type in server logs, for security and to keep the site running. If you book an appointment, we receive the details you enter (such as name, phone or e-mail and the time you choose) and use them to manage the booking and to send you confirmations and reminders. If you write in the chat window of this site, we receive your messages and any contact details you choose to give, and use them to answer you. If we issue you an invoice or receipt, it contains the details needed for it, such as your name and billing details. If you pay online, you enter your card details with the payment provider; this website does not receive them.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies or tracking tools for analytics or advertising. Some features (such as the basket, the booking form or the chat) keep data in your browser's own storage on your device, so it is not lost when you reload the page.

How long we keep data

We keep messages only as long as needed to handle your request, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, to correct or delete it, or to object to its use, by writing to quillfield@example.com. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.
