How we work
Harrow & Pine is a general contractor for homeowners and small developers. We handle drawings, permits, groundwork, structure and finishes with our own crew and a small circle of trusted trades.
Every project has one project manager you can call. Before we start you get a fixed quote broken down line by line, and during the build you get a short weekly report with photos.

Each service can be booked on its own or as part of a full project.
New homes
Detached and semi-detached houses, from foundations to keys in the door.
Extensions
Rear and side extensions, loft conversions and garage conversions.
Kitchens and bathrooms
Strip-out, plumbing, electrics, tiling and fitting in one contract.
Structural work
Load-bearing walls, steel beams, underpinning and concrete slabs.
Planning and permits
Measured survey, drawings and the permit application handled for you.
Project management
Already have plans and trades? We can run the site and the schedule.

Site visits are booked in advance, including Saturday mornings.
Questions
How do you price a project?
After a site visit we send a written quote with every item listed. The price is fixed unless you change the plan.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. We prepare the drawings and submit the application, and we tell you early if a permit is needed at all.
Can we live at home during the work?
Usually yes. We plan the stages so that you keep a working kitchen or bathroom for as long as possible.
