  • Your domain is registered in your name and managed by us. It is charged at cost, with no markup, and bought only after you approve the site.
  • Third-party costs (payment fees, invoicing software, shipping labels, reminder messages) are passed on at cost, with no markup.

      Minimum term and cancelling

      The subscription has a minimum term of 24 months. After that you can cancel anytime: you receive the site as a ZIP (pages, texts, images, all languages) to host anywhere, and the domain, already registered in your name, is transferred to you. If you cancel before 24 months, the remaining months of the minimum term are due. The back office, chat editor, store/CRM, invoices and restaurant app run on Mintinaj servers and are not included in the ZIP.

      Two monthly add-ons that bring customers to your site: SEO for Google, and GEO for AI answer engines such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Copilot. Choose one, both or none.

      SEO & Google growth (optional)

      A monthly add-on for your site: our SEO team helps more local customers find your business on Google, and shows you every month what changed.

      How it works

      • Every week our team checks your site: page titles and descriptions, images, links, the sitemap and your business details for Google.
      • With Growth and Pro, new articles about your business are written from your own details. You approve each one before it goes live.
      • Keywords, positions and enquiries are in the Google & SEO tab of your account, and a report arrives by email every month.
      • Add it in the order form or later in your account. Cancel any month.

      Nobody can honestly guarantee a position on Google. We never buy links and never write fake reviews. We improve your site, publish useful content about your business and show you what changed.

      Prices per month, VAT excluded, on top of your site's monthly fee. Charged only after we confirm the plan; online payment is not connected yet.

      AI search visibility: GEO / AIO (optional)

      More and more people ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews or Copilot instead of searching. Our team makes your business easy for these AI answer engines to understand, checks every month what they answer, and shows you whether they mention and cite you.

      What GEO / AIO means

      Generative Engine Optimization, also called AI Optimization, is the work that helps AI answer engines find correct facts about your business, trust them and link to your site as the source.

      How it works

      • Your site gets a business summary for AI engines in every language, rich structured data and a Quick answers block with your services, prices, hours and location, so the facts are clear and the same everywhere.
      • Every month we ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity the questions your customers ask, in your city and languages, and record whether they mention your business, cite your site and which competitors appear. The same work helps Google AI Overviews and Copilot.
      • With Growth and Pro our team writes answer pages and guides from your own details and prices; you approve each one before it goes live. A guided checklist helps you keep the same details on Google, Bing, Apple and directories.
      • Your score, questions, competitors, AI crawler settings and monthly report are in the AI search tab of your account. Add it in the order form or later. Cancel any month.

      Nobody can honestly guarantee that an AI engine will mention or cite a business: answers change from one question to the next. We never write fake reviews or invented facts and never pay for placements. We make your site clear and trustworthy for AI engines and show you what changed.

      Smart assistant for your site (optional)

      A chat button with your logo on every page: it answers your visitors at any hour in their language and books appointments in the conversation. Online booking itself is free with every site.

      • Add a plan in your account once your site is ready, and try it for free on your site preview first.
      • Write what it should do in your own words: which services to book, on which days, and when to ask the client to call.

      The first month of Answers or Pro is free: the assistant answers the visitors of your live site for 30 days at no charge. We email you 7 days and 1 day before it ends; cancel any time in that month and nothing is charged. One free month per site and per account.

      What is Mintinaj?
      Mintinaj LLC builds and hosts websites for small businesses. You choose your type of business, answer a short questionnaire, and our team prepares a complete site in up to 11 languages, with a back office you can edit yourself.
      How much does a website cost?
      From $49 setup and $9 a month for a one-page site. A full business site is $149 setup and $15 a month; a site built around appointment booking (salons, clinics) $149 and $25 a month; an online store $299 and $29 a month. Online booking itself is included free in every site. Prices in USD, ex-VAT; each extra language is $29, once.
      When do I pay?
      Only after you have seen and approved your site. Then the setup fee and the first month are charged. The subscription has a 24-month minimum term; after that you can cancel anytime and take the site with you as a ZIP.
      Which businesses is it for?
      More than 100 types of business in 14 packages: salons, clinics, restaurants and cafés, shops, lawyers and accountants, trades, gyms and schools, holiday rentals, estate agents, events and construction projects.
      How long does it take?
      Our target for simple sites is about 10 minutes after the questionnaire, and a few hours for premium construction sites. These are targets, not guarantees.
      Will customers find my site on Google and in AI answers?
      Every site comes with clear titles and descriptions, a sitemap and structured data. Optional monthly add-ons: SEO & Google growth from $49, and AI search visibility (GEO) for ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews from $39. Nobody can guarantee rankings, and we don't promise them.

      What does it really cost?

      A one-off setup fee and a monthly subscription (24-month minimum term), both listed for each type of business, ex-VAT. You pay only after you have reviewed and approved your site; then the setup fee and the first month are charged. Extra languages cost $29 each, once. Third-party costs such as payment fees are passed on at cost, with no markup.

      Who owns the domain?

      You do. We register it in your name and manage it for you. The domain is not included in the subscription: we charge exactly what the registrar charges us, with no markup, and we buy it only after you have approved the site and paid. Renewals are charged the same way. When you cancel after the 24-month minimum term, the domain is transferred to you. If you already have a domain, there is no domain fee.

      What happens if I cancel?

      The subscription has a 24-month minimum term. After that you can cancel anytime: you receive the site as a ZIP (pages, texts, images, all languages) to host anywhere, and the domain is transferred to you. If you cancel earlier, the remaining months of the minimum term are due. The back office, chat editor, store/CRM, invoices and restaurant app run on Mintinaj servers and are not included in the ZIP.

      Do I get invoices?

      Yes. Mintinaj LLC issues an invoice or receipt for every payment, and they all stay in your account.

      Which languages can the site be in?

      Any of the eleven languages offered here, or another one you name in the order. One is included; each extra is $29, one-off.

      Who edits the site after delivery?

      You do, in the back office: manual edits are unlimited and free, and plain-language edits (you describe the change in your own words) are 100 a month included (simple changes such as colours, phone or opening hours: unlimited).       Can I have an email address on my domain?

      Yes, if you want one. Tell us the address (for example info@yourdomain) in the order or later in your account. If the mailbox costs anything, it is charged at cost, with no markup. Once it is created, we send you the settings for webmail, iPhone Mail, the Gmail app on Android and Outlook.

      Can my site take payments?

      Yes: shops, restaurants, businesses that take bookings, and event organisers selling tickets. Connect your own local payment provider — Apple Pay, Google Pay and your country’s popular methods. The money goes straight into your account: Mintinaj never holds it and never sees card details. Connection opens with the payments launch.

      Can my clients book appointments online?

      Yes. Salons, clinics, garages, studios, restaurants, trades and consultants get online booking set up the way the business works: appointments with a chosen staff member; group classes with a number of spots and a waiting list that fills a freed spot automatically; table reservations by party size; home visits at the client’s address with an arrival window; consultations in your office or by video call (your video link goes only to the booked client); and property viewings where the client first picks a listing. Clients get an email confirmation with a link to move or cancel within your policy, plus a reminder the day before. In your back office you manage staff, services, prices and hours, a day and week calendar with class lists, and a client list with visit history, notes, tags and CSV export. An optional card guarantee against no-shows works through your own payment provider once payments are connected. Try it in the demos marked with online booking. Online booking is included free in every package, with calendar connections (Google, Outlook, iCloud) and your own booking rules. The Appointment booking package ($149 setup, $25 a month) pays for a site built around booking (booking screen, staff calendar and CRM set up for you) and its ongoing service.
