Terms of service
These terms apply when you order and use a website from Mintinaj. Please read them before you approve your site.
Who we are
Mintinaj LLC, a limited liability company organised in Delaware, USA ("Mintinaj", "we"). Contact: support@mintinajllc.com.
We prepare websites for businesses, host them and give you a back office to manage them, with optional extras such as online booking, a store, invoicing, a domain, a mailbox and marketing plans.
Ordering
You order by answering our questionnaire. We then prepare sample sites from your answers, and an account is opened with the e-mail address you give. Ordering is free: nothing is charged when you send the questionnaire.
You must be at least 18 and order for a business or a professional activity. The details you give must be correct.
Approval and payment
You pay only after you have reviewed and approved your site. Before you approve, you see the exact price: the one-off setup fee (plus any extra languages) and the monthly subscription.
When you approve, the setup fee and the first month are due. We charge them by card or send you a secure payment link. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we never see your full card number.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT and other taxes, which are added where the law requires. Third-party costs such as payment fees, a domain or a mailbox are passed on at cost, with no markup.
The price stored with your order is the price you pay. If our price list changes later, your price does not change.
Subscription and minimum term
The subscription is monthly and has a minimum term of 24 months, which starts when your first payment is received.
After the minimum term you can cancel at any time. If you cancel before the 24 months end, the remaining months of the minimum term are due.
What the monthly fee includes
- Hosting with a 99.5% uptime target, and an SSL certificate
- Domain management and renewal (the domain fee itself is charged at cost)
- A daily backup, kept for 30 days
- Security updates and bug fixes
- E-mail support, with a reply within one business day
- Unlimited edits you make yourself in your back office
Two rounds of changes made by our team are included. Further changes we make for you, and new functions, are quoted separately before any work starts.
Your content
You are responsible for the texts, photos, logos, prices and other content you give us or add to your site, and you confirm you have the right to use them. You allow us to use this content to prepare, host and show your site.
You must not use the service for illegal content, spam, malware, or anything that infringes the rights of others. We may remove such content or suspend a site that breaks the law or these terms, or whose payments are overdue.
Domains and mailboxes
A domain is bought only after you approve your site and the first payment is made. It is registered in your name and managed by us, and its fee is charged at cost. A mailbox on your domain is charged at cost, if it costs anything.
Leaving and your files
After the minimum term you can take your site with you: you receive it as a ZIP file (pages, texts, images, all languages) to host anywhere, and your domain, already registered in your name, is transferred to you.
The back office, editor, booking system, store and CRM, invoicing and restaurant app run on our servers and are not part of the ZIP file.
Optional plans
Optional monthly plans (for example search engine visibility or the site assistant) are described, with their prices and conditions, where you choose them. No plan guarantees rankings, mentions or results.
Availability
We aim for 99.5% uptime and fix problems as quickly as we can. Planned maintenance and causes outside our control (for example failures of internet or hosting providers) can interrupt the service.
Changes to these terms
We publish any change on this page with a new date and tell active customers by e-mail before an important change takes effect.
